Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within a few business days. In most cases, you’ll see the refund sooner than the standard four-week timeframe, which includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the package to reach us

  • 3–5 business days for our team to process the return

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to finalize the refund

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you’d like to send back. We’ll reply promptly with return instructions.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our Canadian warehouse. Some items may have shipping restrictions depending on destination or local regulations, but we do our best to make sure your order reaches you wherever you are.

When you place an order, you’ll see estimated shipping costs and delivery times based on product availability and the shipping method you choose. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight, following the policies of our shipping partners. The weight of each product can be found on its product page, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound for accurate rate calculation.

Shipping from Canada to the U.S. and Worldwide

All orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse. We deliver to customers across the United States and around the world, working closely with our carriers to make sure your order arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Important Update: U.S. Customs Rules (Effective August 29, 2025)

Starting August 29, 2025, the $800 USD De Minimis exemption for imports into the U.S. has been removed.
This is a new U.S. government policy, and it affects all shipments entering the country — no matter the order value.

As a result, every order shipped from Canada to the U.S. is now subject to customs clearance and applicable duties or taxes. These fees are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility.

What This Means for You

  • All imports go through U.S. Customs.
    This may add a short delay depending on CBP processing times.

  • Duties and taxes may apply to your order based on product type, material, and value.

  • These charges are collected by U.S. authorities at the time of import or delivery.

We do everything possible to make the process easy. All packages are shipped with the proper documentation and clear labeling to help speed up customs clearance.

Our Commitment

We know that added fees are never welcome news, but these changes are part of U.S. trade policy, and all sellers shipping from outside the U.S. are required to follow them.

International Shipments

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs regulations and import fees vary by country.
